  1. About a mile from my house there is a treasure hidden near the river Feale. It is said that it was hidden there by a very rich king during a war in Ireland.
    A man heard that it was there and he went to unearth it. He found a root of a tree and he carried it home. He put it in the fire and the moment he did a rat jumped out of it. He caught the tongs to hit the rat and it bent in his hand.
    A few days later two men went ploughing over where the treasure was hidden. The next morning a big patch of grass was covered with blood.
    The hidden treasure consists of a pot of a pot of gold. It is said that a person would see this hidden treasure by eating a certain sort of food, but this food has not as yet been discovered by any body
