   Churning We have not a churn at home, but I have already seen one in my Aunt's. It is of a round shape wider at the bottom than at the top. There are several parts in it such as the churn itself, the lid, the dabbler or the clabian and the dash. They churn the mild about twice a week in the summer but not so frequently as this in the winter. It is in a rolling motion by means of the hand that it is churned and while this is being done if anyone happens to come into the house it is usual for him to say
