    Tháinig lá na cúirte agus bhí an siopadóir annsin in a fiadhnaise. Bhí gach cosamlacht go gcrochfaidhe an priosúnach. Is annsin a sheas Turloch Caoch suas agus bubhairt
    "Is bocht an sgéal ag crochadh fir ar son gill"
    "Cé'n geall" arsan breitheamh
    "Tá céad punt leagtha (leagtha) síos ag an siopadóir go gcrochfar an fear" arsa Turloch. Annsin sgaoileadh saor an priosúnach agus chaill an siopadóir a gheall.
