    sprang up. There is a pilgrimage to that well every year on the 15th October and people come far and near to that well.
    The crucifixion is engraved on a stone near the well. Sir William Mahon didn't want the people to be going into his estate so he stopped the well and the well sprang up in his own sitting room. When he saw that he let go the well and it stopped coming up in the room. After that he never interfered with the well.
