   understood what the bird was saying this is what she said, "Spend and God will send". He had a pound but when he was coming home he had only three half pence. The bird was in the same place and this is what she said again, "Have it yourself or do without it".

   "Sprinkle me O Lord; with hoissip wash me, then I may be made whiter than the snow".
   (II) Althú tar éis bídh: -
   Althuighmíd leis an Rí nách gann, althuighmíd gach am le Dia, beirimíd céad baodhchas agus althú leis. [?] an bheatha san dhúinn go dtugadh Dé an bheatha shiórraidha [?] n-anamaidh i bhflaitheamh. Más 'naith atháimíd indiu, gur a slacht fearr a beimíd bliain ó indiu, i gcuid is i gcabhair, i ngreann Dé is ná gComharsan. Dhia tairbheach na trócaire, na glóire, le na síothchána, do Cheannuig sinn, do Ghruthnaig sinn, do thug dúinn láthair sásaimh corpordha, go raibh ár n-anama beannuithe ar uair ár mBáis. Amen.
