    When the clouds are low down and black it is a sign of rain. When the sun sets red in Westit is a sign of rain.
    When the wind is in the West it is a sign of rain.
    When the smoke is blowing down it is a sign of rain.
    When the dogs eat grass it is a sign of rain.
    When the moon is on its back and black sing round it, that is a sign of rain.
    When the swallows fly low it is a sign of rain.
    When there is a rainbow in the morning it is a sign of rain.
    When the ducks go about quacking it is a sign of rain.
    When the fog goes up in the morning it is a sign of rain.
    Signs of Good Weather
    1. When the wind is in the South it is a sign of good weather.
    2. When the swallows are flying high it is a sign of good weather.
    3. When the smoke goes up straight it is a sign of good weather.

    Signs of snow and frost
    1. When there are a lot of stars in the sky it is going to freeze.
    2. When the end is in the forth there is going to be snow and frost.
    3. When the cat sits close to the fire it is a sign of snow and frost.
