  1. The man who tells me this story is very old. He is 80 years old and his name is John Killkenny of Garvagh, Dromahair. He starts the story by saying hat there are many local cures but that there is a very peculiar one that is the cure of the mote. The person who has this cure lives in Garvagh and his name is James Travers. The people say he is very successful. All that he requires while making this cure is a cup of water and he can show the mote in the water when he was the cure made. This man has the cure a long time as he inherited it from his mother.
