Long ago all the people of Cloonbar came up to Caherlistrane to Mass. The way they came was up by the Beaghmore farm and out at Farrington's. That way was called Bóithrin an Aifrinn.
Bóithrín Sean Baile Nuaidh was on the Beaghmore farm between Paddy Lee's and Rick Naughton's. It was leading into the village called Sean Baile Nuadh. - There was a man in Tronpool long ago named Thomas Kurt and he made spinning wheels.
There was a man in Brackloon named Pat Connaughton and he made stools
John Reed in Cloonbar was making sundials
