  1. Fionn Mc Cumaill was supposed to be a giant. It is said there was a test between himself and some other fenians behind Neiphin at throwing rocks. Fionn took a big rock and threwn it across Neiphin and it fell in Terryduff. The rock is on the side of the road yet and it is called Corraig a nine.
