    to the person, that has the charm. The charm is made by filling a cup level with oat meal, then the put a cloth round the mouth of the cup and the person that has the Charm pray over it, and as much meal leaves the cup according as the heart is affected.
    The person that suffers from the disease takes all that is left of the oatmeal home with them and make's three little cakes out of it, and takes a cake every second morning fasting.
    He has to do this three times until nine cakes are used as said previously
