    Michael Gallagher, "Warrior". He was called this name because he was a good worker.
    John Gavaghan, "Bolko" because he worked for a man called "Bolko" in England.
    John McManus, "Cooney" because he was a lazy boy like Con Cooney in a story.
    Michael Durkan, "Tight". I do not know why he was called this.
    Mr Durkan, "Roody". The reason he was called this was because there was a beggar going round called Roody and he looked like this man, and the people called him after the beggar.
    John Walsh, "Weather" because he was a good judge of the weather.
    Antony Fox "Scully", because when he was a boy he was a big loose boy.
