  1. There is a hole of water in the village of Collnaha named Poll Corraidh. It got that name from a man named Corraidh that was drowned there. It was said that one Sunday when Corraidh was ploughing in a field nearby, all of a sudden the ground opened and swallowed both Corraidh and his team of horses. It was said that God did this as a punishment for Corraidh to be ploughing on a Sunday. Since that day it has been called Poll Corraidh or the hole of Corraidh.
