  1. Long ago there was a school in the village of Tuber. It is said that there were two teachers teaching in the hedge-school.
    Pupils used to go to that school until they would be about twenty years of age.
    The names of the two teachers were Mr. Moran, and Mr. Garvey. The school was built out in a field and the teachers used to lodge in a house
