  1. There is an old Lios in Cahermaculick. It is in Hyland's field. It is surrounded with a fence. The people said that it is not right to stir anything out of a Lios. It is said that Lioses were made the time of the English, so that the English could hide in them. Some of the people were taking stones out of Lioses but people came and hunted them. One day a man went drawing stones very near a Lios and a crowd of people pelted him with stones out of the field.
When the people heard that, they never liked to stir anything out of a Lios.
