  1. There was once a princess and her father was tired looking at her when she was not getting married. She was very proud and would not speak to anyone lower than herself. There was a party at the palace one day and all the young princes came to the party. They all offered to marry her but she found some fault with everyone of them. Then her father got vexed and said she would have to marry the first singer that would come to the door. He heard a singer outside the palace one day and he came in and sang a song for the king. The king said he would give him any reward he would ask for. The singer asked for his daughter to marry and the king could not
