St. Martin sat a field with wheat. Owing to a lack of rain he was forced to sprinkle the wheat with a watering-can. A woman came to the door of the house. St. Martin's mother had wheat on the floor. The woman asked leave to boil(cont. bottom of opp. page)
- When Our Lord was passing through a cornfield he told the sowers to tell the soldiers that He had not passed there since the corn was sown. The corn sprang up over-night. The soldiers came and inquired. The sowers replied as directed by Our Lord. But.
