“We play several games at school...”
(ar lean ón leathanach roimhe)they had reached bars. If there is only one caught they must count for another one to seek with her. If two are caught they are to seek. If there is more than two caught they must count for two of them to seek. Then the remainder are to go ahide and it is played the same again.
Another one we play is. 'All the birds in the air' and any number can play it. We play it as follows - First one person counts for two, one to give them out, and one to call them. The person giving them out will give each person the name of a bird or a fish and they must not tell anyone what it is. Then she will call out one of the names and the person calling them must guess who has it. If she guesses wrong she must call another one and she must guess again. If she guesses right the person who has the name called must run out. If she catches her she is supposed to be in Hell and if not she is in Heaven. Then another one is called and it is played the same again. When they are all we play tug-a-war. The bad ones go to one side and the good ones to the other side.
