- There are two tailors in this district. Their names are William Fitzpatrick and John Fitzgibbon. In the olden times, tailors used to make corduroy suits. They also used to make flannel waistcoats worn by the men outside their ordinary waistcoats, which were very warm. In the olden time the tailors used to go around to the houses to make clothes. They also used to keep the cloth themselves for making the clothes. The articles the tailors used are the scissors, the needle, the tape, the sewing machine, the pressing board and the iron.
