- (continued from previous page)When the Government was starting the reservoir, the fort had to be taken away to let the men build the tank to hold the water. When the tank was built the men could not go any further and the people say that it was on account of they digging the fort that they could not get any further. Fairy people lived there long ago but they do not live there now because the fort is gone.
- There is a liss in the townland of Lishenry and in the parish of Denn.
