  1. We have a churn at home and it is four feet tall. The sides of it are round. It is six years old. The butter is made twice a week. My mother does the churning and sometimes my sister. There is a glass in the side of the churn When the butter is made the glass is clear. When it it half made my mother pulls the cork out of the churn to leave in the air. The air is left in to freshen the butter. The butter is taken out with the beaters. Then my mother made pounds of it and sells it to the people.
