  1. A Prayer said when getting out of bed:
I will arise from this bed of sleep to adore my God and to labour for the salvation of my soul. Oh may I arise on the last day to Life Everlasting. Amen
A Prayer said when going on a journey:
Show me O Lord thy ways, and teach me thy paths to direct my steps according to thy words. O Lord that no injustice may rule over me. To perfect my walking in thy paths and that my steps may not be moved. Amen
A Prayer said when getting out of bed:
Here I lay myself down to sleep, I give my soul to God to keep. If any evil trouble me, O Blessed Virgin awaken me. And if I die before I wake, I pray to God my soul to take. Amen
Prayer said every morning and evening:
Holy Saint whose name I bear, to Heaven direct my humble prayer. Holy Saint pray for me, the joys of Heaven that I may see. O sweet loving Jesus who died for thee, those five bleeding wounds that have suffered for me. My heart and my soul I give up unto thee, oh sweet loving Jesus have mercy on me. Amen
