  1. About two hundred years ago there lived in Dalyston a young girl with her father and mother. At that time there were dances every Sunday night.
    One night she went to a dance in Srahanantha. When she was dancing she was struck with a pebble on the face. When she went home she got ill and died in a short time.
    Her brother came to see her when she was ill. After she had been buried he came to see his mother. On his way back his sister who had been buried met him. She spoke to him and told him that on a certain night to go to a certain tree in "Cnocán Bán" and he would get a crock of gold there. She told him not to tell anyone or bring anyone with him.
