  1. There is a chair about a mile from Drumin. Lord Clanrickard that put it there. It was intended for gentlemen when they would be fowling to come there for dinner. During July and August they used to come here. Lord Dunkellin helped to put it there also. Lord Dunkellion statue is near the sea in Galway. He has a gun out from him and he is ready to attack the English soldiers. The chair was cut out of a stone. It is there for the past five hundred years. It is said to be on the highest hill in Co. Galway.
