  1. Long ago, people only got three meals a day, their breakfast, dinner, and their supper. It was in the morning they got their breakfast and in the middle of the day they got their dinner and at night their supper.
Long ago all the people worked before they got anything in the morning. Some people work yet before they take their breakfast. The people long ago eat potatoes at nearly every meal.
The kind of bread they nearly always eat was wheaten and soft bread. The people eat a lot of fish long ago. Some of them were trout and salmon. The people took their supper very late at night.
The making of tea only came into this district about 50 years ago. Long ago the vessel were made out of horns of cattle and wooden bowls. After the ordinary delph bowls and after that came the cups.
