  1. This is supposed to be a cure for wharts locally. Any person suffering from wharts, if such one rubbed with the blood of a person named Cahill, is supposed to be cured. The roots of the Dock leaf, if boiled for several hours and the mixture drank, are supposed locally to be a cure for Jaundice.
