  1. One evening a woman was coming from Cootehill. She heard a noise behind her and when she looked round she saw a coach and two horses and two men. It came nearer and nearer and the noise got louder and when she looked round again it had vanished. It is said hundred's of years before that, that the horses ran away with the coach and with the two men and they fell in a meadow and were killed and ever since that it has been seen.
