Churning
We have a churn at home. It is 2 1/2 feet high. It measurements are - the top is one foot square - the bottom 1 1/2 feet in diameter. The sides are round. It takes about one hour to churn. It is churned by hand. The handle is turned round and it turns the dash inside. When it gets hard to turn the handle, water is put in to make it easier to churn.
