  1. There are certain kinds of herbs which grow through the crops ( that the crops ) that the farmers do not like. Many of them cure diseases.
    A little plant called blackhead which grows through the meadows is a cure for the cold.
    You gather the tops of the blackheads and the boil them in sweetmilk. Then you take them off the fire and put sugar on it and drink it. Another plant called dock will cure the sting of a nettle. When you get the dock and rub it to the sting. A phrase is often used '' Dock go in and nettle come out ''
    Ragweed a common plant sometimes called '' yellow boy '' or fairies horse '' is used as a healing plant for a sore throat.
    The dandelion is a good cure for warts and is also good for giving strength to the body.
