- There is a fort in Lisfarrell which is in County Longford, which fairies are supposed to be in. It is a fairly large fort, and it is covered with trees and bushes.
There is an opening in it but no one ever went down it. One day a man named Thomas Corcoran of Lisfarrell Longford was going to cut a tree in this fort, when he got to the tree which he was going to cut down, there was a piece of paper on the ground with Thomas Corcoran written on it.- Bailitheoir
