There was a family of Walshes who lived in Johnstown.
Mick got married and he had one daughter called Maureen. He lived until the girl was 20 years. Then the poor man died.
When he was being put down in the grave the poor wife & daughter were crying. They were covering the grave when the wife said " Life, everlasting to your soul, Mick agra and the light of the thirteen apostles to you". The daughter said "Offer up a Pater & Ave of Molly O Rollan that gave us the milk sweet & sour" "Aye & the lumps too Moireen", said the mother. No wonder you died Mick agra for you bled your fingers for the world for the cure of the wild fire. A drop of your blood was always better than gold."
