coffin coming they stood up and listened and when the saw the coffin they turned and ran back. The coffin was very near them when they reached the bottom of the hill. The ran over to a gap in the ditch and one fellow said to the other "We will go across the field. The coffin was slowing down and the man on it said he would go across the field. He turned the coffin towards the gap and two men fell in weaknesses. The men said he would play a trick on them he lifted them up and took them to their house and left them on the floor. When they got alright the got a fright because the did not know who put them on the floor. The men never stayed out later after because they thought it was a ghost the saw that night.
