  2. There is a local story about the Holy Family. When the angel told St. Joseph and the B. Virgin to fly into Egypt from Herod's soldiers, they had to cross a desert. On the way, the B. Virgin and St. Joseph took her to a tent in the middle of the desert. In the tent there was a woman and a baby and the baby was covered in terrible sores and pimples. When they entered they were covered all over with sand and dust from the desert and the Blessed Virgin asked the woman for water and a towel to wash the Infant Jesus. When He was washed, the owner of the tent took the water to wash her own hild (bdcause the water was scarce)
