  2. If the wind causes the dust to rise up from the road it's a token of very bad weather.
    If "Goat's Hair" as it is commonly known is visible on the sky it indicates rain and very bad weather. If the sun set too red or too washy looking and the wind is blowing from the south or north it signifies broken weather.
