- Long ago there lived a man who could not be frightened by the name of Tom Ahern. One night the lads thought of a plan how to make him frightened. One of them went up on his house and threw down a dead cat but that did not frighten him So a few night after they threw down the head of a man but that did not frighten him.
So they thought of another plan that when he would be asleep that they would go into the house and lay a dead man by his side. So they did but that did not frighten him. He had a habit of walking the roads at the dead of the night and one night he went into a(leanann ar an chéad leathanach eile)
