    priest spoke and said "I am Fr. John Power of Bantry and when you go back to Bantry tell the people of Bantry that you met Fr. John Power and tell what a miracle he performed for you."
    The priest began to pray and soon the man left the cart as a ball of fire. The priest told the man to continue his journey, but not to be out so late any more. The priest disappeared, the carman continued his journey, and the horse got strong and arrived in Castletownbere safely.
