- wrap a wet and cold cloth around forehead and leave it on for a few minutes.
- inhale the steam of hot water into which was put a few drops of vinegar.
- apply a piece of ice to your forehead.
- after a persons hair is cut if it is thrown into a fire that person will suffer from headaches. if it is thrown out for the birds to build their nests they will be preserved from headaches.
