    When the butter is taken out of the churn it is washed in cold water to take the buttermilk out of it and after that the salt is shaken on it and then it is made into a print and ready to use.
    The buttermillk is left in the churn. Bread is made with some of it, some is given to the pigs and some is give to the neighbours.
