  1. Once upon a time a group of men were gathered together in a house in Kells, named Welsh's.
    It was in the middle of Winter, and the weather was very harsh, and cold, and dreary.
    In the house the men, amused themselves, playing cards, others smoking, and others reading.
    When all got tired, one of the men said it was time to go home, as it was very late.
