    Last night my father told me about some local happenings.
    Once when King Callan was trying to save one of his soldiers from drowning he was held back by some bushes, and was drowned in the King's river.
    Richard Hurley was also drowned in the King's river.
    A great burning took place at Patrick Barry's haybarn and it burned a lot of hay and straw.
