    On good Friday in the afternoon,
    The Jews they came with sharpened spears,
    And pierced the heart of Our Saviour true
    From heart to hand the blood did flow,
    And His Blessed Mother standing by with a dismayed heart, and a troubled mind. Amen.
    It is said that whoever says this prayer, three times by day or by night will never experience the flames of hell.

    Lord God meet there.
    And all the filthy sins that I forget
