  1. I live in the townland of Briskill. I have one sister and one brother. My sister's name is Kathleen, and my brother's name is John James. My father and mother are both alive. We are all living together in a one storey-thatched house. My father is a blacksmith, he is a native of this locality, but my mother is not a native. She is from the County Roscommon. My mother's maiden name was Brennan. My father's name is Thomas Murphy.
    My mother had three sisters, and two brothers. Her two brothers are in America, and one of her sisters is dead, and one of them is married and having ten in family. Her other sister is not married. My father had four brothers, and one sister. His brothers names were, Joe, Pat, William, and John James. Three of his brothers, and his other brother
