    good luck on the stock. Some people say that if you sing when milking, the cow will give you more milk. Ido not know any stories told locally of various horses in olden times. Inever heard of any stories or customs connected with pigs, goats or sheep. Ido not know any stories or traditions about hens, chickens and ducks. Some people say that if you set eggs on a Sunday the chickens would be all roosters. A mark of some kind is out on hatching eggs.

  2. The most harmful weeds growing on the farm are the Bishopweed and Sperryweed. The Bishopweed spreads rapidly and the Sperryweed does harm to the crop. Certain herbs have medicine properties.
