   In this county people prepare the land for potatoes by using implements such as ploughs, harrows and rollers. They first plough the soil and turn it over. Then they harrow the soil to make it fine, and then the drills are made. These drills are made with a double sod plough. Manure and phosphate are put in the ground before sowing the potatoes. In this locality people help one another sowing the potatoes. When the potatoes are sowed, this double sod plough is used to cover them. In Summer the
