  1. The following was a game played in wake-houses long ago. One person sat on on a chair and another put his head on his lap. The sitter put his hand on this person's back. One of those present would take the breath out of him. Then he would get up and guess who hit him and if he did not guess the right fellow he would have to go down again every time till he would guess the right fellow.
