    I opposed the good price
    And broke up the sale.
    For there are ranches around me
    I wanted them all
    To make a big grazing farm
    In sweet Fairy Hall
    In Drum Heldree I seized
    The hens, ducks, chickens, asses and sows
    Duffy, Murray, the Coxes
    The Keane's one and all
    They would break through a rank
    Though as strong as a wall
