  1. This kind of bread is sometimes made still but as it is a bit troublesome it is not often to be seen on the table.
    Potatoes are rasped and the pulp is squeezed and mixed with a little flour. It is then wet with new milk and a batter is made like pancakes. It is fried in plenty of fat.
