  1. One night Michael Egan was coming home from work. He was working in Coynes. He used to come out by Smith's yard. Not very long before that Arthur Smith died, and gave his house to his son Arthur. Every night Michael Egan used to lie down under the window sill, and roar very loud. One night when he was going home, he saw a ghost, and he fainted. Then they shook holy water on him and he could see the ghost. When he went into his house, he went to bed.
