    troubles with herbs such as elder flowers and mint. These he used to boil and drink and he thought he would be cured, instead they poisoned his blood and he died of septic poison. His name was Christy Callagahan Bohermeen Navan Co. Meath.
    Dandelions are said to cure liver trouble. They boil it into Jelly, and when cold they drink the liquid. It is said to be as good as bought medicine.
    Long ago old people had no doctor instead there were men known as quacks.
    The old cure for a cure for a nettle sting, is a docken. If it is rubbed into the sting, and this is said "Docken docken in and, Take the sting of a nettle out" the the sting will go.
