    The children in my district go barefooted in the Summer but not all the year round.
    There are some shoe repairers in Navan. Mr. Doyle of Athboy repairs as did his grand-father and father. There were six shoe repairers in Bohermeen long ago, and at present there are only two, namely Kearney's, and Mac Cormack's
