  1. There is a well at Stalleen near Drogheda and it is known as Saint Anne's well. There is a stone at it with the print of a hand and foot on it. It is said to be Saint Anne's. The well never goes dry and the hotter the day is in Summer the colder the water is. When the well flows over the water from it flows into a pond not far from the well, From there it flows into the river Boyne.
